A North East lighting business has secured its latest new hire as the firm’s rapid growth continues apace.
Artech Lighting has welcomed new Regional Sales Manager, Daniel Renforth, to its Durham City HQ. With 11 years’ experience in the lighting industry, having worked in East Anglia, Yorkshire and latterly nationally, Daniel’s appointment will further enhance Artech’s impressive reputation across the development sector.
It is something of a homecoming for Daniel, who was born and bred in Gosforth and attended Northumbria University before work commitments eventually saw him move to Disley, Manchester, in 2016.
A Building Services Engineering Graduate, Daniel initially worked as an Electrical Consulting Engineer, working at three of the largest mechanical and engineering consultancies in the UK before moving into the lighting industry.
Daniel joins Artech from Whitecroft Lighting and is aiming to hit the ground running with his new employers.
He said:

Daniel will cover, but not be limited to, the North of England, working directly with Sales Director Sean Kirkland, who joined Artech last year.
Artech’s staff has risen to 40 people in recent years, due to a string of major contracts secured in the UK and overseas, with turnover more than doubling during the same period.
